2025 Summer Youth Cosmetology Bootcamp

Each year, we host an amazing Summer Youth Cosmetology Bootcamp. This exciting program is designed for young girls interested in learning the art of beauty in a fun, hands-on environment. It's a unique opportunity for youth to learn from industry professionals, build confidence, and develop skills that could inspire future careers in the beauty industry. The camp also helps foster creativity, discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit, providing young minds with the foundation they need to succeed in the world of beauty.

This is an educational and confidence-building program for young beauty enthusiasts. This unique 3-day bootcamp teaches foundational cosmetology principles in a nurturing, age-appropriate setting.


Program Overview:

  • Ages: 10-17

  • Dates: July 11th, July 18th, & July 25th of 2025

  • Program Schedule: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Location: Starr Beauty and Barber Training Center – 2059 Springfield Avenue Vauxhall, NJ 07088


What You’ll Learn:

Over the course of the summer, participants will explore essential beauty skills and techniques.

Topics include:

  • Hair care & styling

  • Nail art & car

  • Skin care basics

  • Professionalism & Etiquette

  • And, much more
